American Idol runner-up Crystal Bowersox has married singer Brian Walker over the weekend. Read more on Bowersox’s wedding details below!
Season 9 American Idol runner-up href="http://www.bittenandbound.com/2010/10/10/crystal-bowersox-marries-brian-walker/">Crystal Bowersox wed her longtime friend, musician Brian Walker, on Sunday in Chicago.
Bowersox and Walker married in front of around sixty friends and family on Sunday. Crystal’s friend from the Season 9 AI show Didi Benami and “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” actor Lance Barber also attended the ceremony.
Crystal’s 1-year-old son, Tony, served as ring bearer.
“Officially walkersox,” Crystal, 25, tweeted after she married.
Crystal and Brian Walker have been friends for six years, announced their engagement in September, just months after Bowersox ended her relationship with her child’s father just before the Idol finale show.
“It was bad timing,” she told Ellen DeGeneres of her May 2010 split. “He’s a small town guy, and I don’t blame him for anything.”
