Rapper B.G. has been slapped with a $150,000 lawsuit from his neighbors in Louisiana after filming a video on their property without their permission.  Read more on the lawsuit against the rapper below.

Rapper B.G. , a former member of the Hot Boyz group, shot a video for the song “My Hood” in his neighborhood without the appropriate city permits and is now href="http://www.courthousenews.com/2010/10/07/30892.htm">being sued by his neighbors.

Shyrl Patterson Bagneris and John Bagneris filed a lawsuit in the Eastern District Louisiana court alleging the rapper, whose real name is Christopher Dorsey, trespassed on their property with a film crew of over 40 people.

The couple sent a cease and desist letter to Dorsey at the time but say the rapper ignored the warning and continued to promote the video without the proper authorization.

The legal documents state, “Plaintiffs are upstanding individuals in their community who do not wish to be associated with rap music, B.G., Chipper City Records and other defendants associated with the music video My Hood.”

B.G’s neighbors are requesting a jury and at least $150,000 in damages for unjust enrichment, trespass to land and intrusion on seclusion.
